First look at the light-filled vision for the new Moreton Bay Indoor Sport Centre

Moreton Bay athletes, sports fans and community groups will soon benefit from the new 12-court indoor sport centre coming to the Moreton Bay Central precinct ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

With a café, athlete amenities, outdoor green space and a Games‑time capacity of up to 10,000 spectators, the new centre will host major events and community activations to benefit the region’s growing community for decades to come.

Global Sports Design firm Populous has been announced as the Principal Architect for the new Moreton Bay Indoor Sports Centre, releasing new artist impressions that showcase a light‑filled, climate‑responsive design.
