Coastal-inspired vision for Sunshine Coast Stadium upgrade
Sunshine Coast athletes and sports fans will soon benefit from two new grandstands at a new-look Sunshine Coast Stadium in Kawana, designed by an award-winning team boasting outstanding national and international experience.
The upgrades to Sunshine Coast Stadium will see a tenfold increase in seating from the current 1,046 seats to more than 10,000 seats with new eastern and western grandstands, new community and event spaces, and improved player amenities and accessibility.
The venue is also slated to temporarily expand further to host 20,000 spectators for the 2032 Olympic football preliminaries and quarter finals, showcasing the stunning region to the world.
