Delivering 2032 and beyond

The 2032 Games will deliver the largest infrastructure investment in Queensland’s history.

And now, the Queensland Government has set the plan to deliver it.

DELIVERY UPDATE: Plan locked in and four projects progress to procurement

Following the 2025 Queensland State Budget and the agreed deal to revise the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Queensland and Australian Governments, 2032 Games infrastructure is locked in.

We’re now entering the delivery phase; Expressions of Interest have been released for project design work on new indoor sports centres at Moreton Bay and Logan, and stadium upgrades at the Sunshine Coast and Barlow Park in Cairns.

We are excited to hear from those keen to build these remarkable projects and deliver legacy benefits for decades to come. Industry is invited to visit the Qtender website and submit an Expression of Interest to be part of building Queensland’s largest infrastructure legacy.
